How I See Us

Therapy is a personal journey that hinges on trust. My personal belief is that TRUST is the most important aspect of therapy without it we have nothing. You will always have a safe space to say as much or as little when you work with me. I encourage you to take the lead in our sessions, fostering a dynamic that empowers you to actively explore your experiences on your timetable. Together, we will work towards meaningful outcomes based on your unique wants from therapy. As a compassionate and nonjudgmental facilitator, I am committed to actively listening, validating your experiences, and focusing on your growth and well-being.

How I Can Help

Over the last 10 years, I have volunteered for non-profits, helping others overcome life’s complications like, but not limited to: depression, domestic violence, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, relationship complications, identity issues, ptsd, procrastination, racism, boundary setting, communication issues, employment mental warfare. I'm trained in DBT, CBT, and EMDR. I have acquired advanced training in MI, ACT, ACT-Trauma, and LIFE.

She has experience treating people of all ages and backgrounds with various disorders and concerns, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relational problems, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, anger, trauma, sexual abuse, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and low self-esteem, among others. She also can provide Christian counseling. Carol Anne is currently working through TeleHealth only. Her preference is working with teenagers and adults, and those who are motivated to explore their emotional challenges and develop coping strategies in order to heal and grow.

Nataly Gomez is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist. Nataly graduated from Walden University with her Masters in Marriage and Family in 2019. She has over 15 years of experience working with children ages 5 to 17 while working with the Osceola school district. She is passionate in helping children, adolescents and adults learn to face and overcome challenges throughout life. By providing support and appropriate strategies, she believes people can learn to be happy and enjoy life, despite their life situations. Using techniques like CBT, narrative therapy and solution focused clients can learn to heal from past experiences and focus on the here and now.

I am a Florida native and UCF graduate.  I have 4 years of early childhood teaching experience and 3 years of teaching adults with developmental disabilities.  I have experience with elementary aged children with individual counseling and hosting child and adult group psychoeducation sessions.  My passion for social work and counseling began during my decade of volunteering and advocacy work with individuals and families living with disabilities.  My purpose is to help individuals and families live their fullest lives regardless of circumstances by promoting strong mental health and well-being.

​Maria del Pilar Abreu Garay is a dedicated professional who has earned a Doctor of Ministry degree in Clinical Counseling, a Master's in Mental Health Counseling, and a bachelor’s degree in social science. Dr. Abreu holds a Certification as a Therapeutic Counselor III from the World Federation of Therapeutic Communities. Maria has been volunteering for over twenty years in Communities and Churches. Dr. Abreu works as a counselor at Osceola and Polk County. Her passion is serving others with respect and dignity, helping them overcome each difficult life stage, and learning coping mechanisms to continue forward. She is a true believer in resilience and is also prepared to offer Christian Counseling. Dr. Abreu has experience working with children, youth, and adults in the following areas: autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, addictions, grief behavior, and self-esteem among others. "We all need an opportunity to grow in all areas."

Natasha understands the importance of sharing your story and feeling accepted. During challenging times, it is easy to feel like all is lost. Even your day to day can feel all consuming. Regardless of what is taking place always remember this, you are not alone, you are always worthy and this world needs you. 

Natasha is a Florida native and graduated from Troy University with a Masters of Science in Counseling and Psychology in 2016. She is also a University of Central Florida Alumni having completed a Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2011.

 Natasha has worked in the community for over 10 years mentoring at risk children and adolescents. Natasha sees all people from all backgrounds. During the past ten years she has helped clients process trauma, depression, panic attacks, low self-esteem, bullying, separations, and day to day challenges. Natasha prides herself in being flexible and adapting specifically to each of her clients needs.  

Natasha enjoys time spend at the beach, loves music (but can’t sing) and if need be can watch an entire Netflix series in one day.
